Imo that shouldn't have been accepted. Reviewers don't always agree with each other. The sources there are only passing mentions. I think I'd be able to convince the reviewer to draftify that as well.

I've said this before, but I still don't think you understand how WP:NOTABILITY works. You need at least 3 pieces of independent coverage that aren't just passing mentions of the subject. WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS is a famously bad argument on Wikipedia.

If we always accept "x is bad, therefore we should let other bad stuff slide" as an argument, Wikipedia will just be worse overall.

The article is not individually reviewed by administrators. Rather, submissions are reviewed by AfC reviewers as part of the Articles for Creation process. There is no error in the link. The “%27” in the URL is simply the encoded form of an apostrophe ('). Wikipedia automatically encodes special characters in page URLs.
