Dacha Diner was an Eastern European,[1] Jewish,[2] and Russian[3] restaurant in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood,[4] in the U.S. state of Washington.[5]

The menu included khachapuri, latkes (potato pancakes),[6] brisket,[7] pelmeni, borscht, matzo ball soup, sandwiches,[8] cider, and wine.[9]

History

Following a soft opening in late December 2018,[10] the restaurant opened in 2019.[11] It closed in March 2022.[12][13]
