Radiator Whiskey is a bar and restaurant in Seattle's Pike Place Market, in the U.S. state of Washington.[1][2][3][4]

Radiator Whiskey operates in the top floor of the Corner Market building at Pike Place Market.[5][6] It has an open kitchen and a rustic design.[7] The interior has shelves with stacked dishwater and napkins.[8] The American[9] menu is written on a blackboard.[8] The restaurant has served tater tots,[10] pork cheek stew,[11] pig's head,[12] sandwiches,[13] salads, vegetables, and whiskey.[14]

History

The restaurant opened in 2013.[15][16][17] Charlie Garrison and Tyler Palagi are chefs.[18]
