The 2026 Oklahoma House of Representatives election will be held on November 3, 2026, alongside the other 2026 United States elections.[1] Voters will elect members of the Oklahoma House of Representatives in all 101 of the U.S. state of Oklahoma's legislative districts to serve a two-year term.[2]
Democratic
- District 77: John Waldron suspended his reelection campaign in April 2026.[3]
- District 85: Cyndi Munson is retiring to run for governor of Oklahoma in 2026.[4]
- District 92: Forrest Bennett resigned December 1, 2025, after being elected president of the Oklahoma AFL-CIO.[5]
- District 99: Ajay Pittman resigned January 28, 2026, after pleading guilty to forgery, leaving the seat vacant until the next election.[6]
Republican
- District 1: Eddie Dempsey is retiring.[7]
- District 9: Mark Lepak is term limited.
- District 16: Scott Fetgatter is retiring.[8]
- District 19:Justin Humphrey is retiring to run for Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma.[9]
