Traditional yoghurt soup from Turkey
Toyga (Turkish: Toyga or Turkish: Toğga) is a national meal of Turkish cuisine. It is a yogurt soup cooked with a variety of herbs (mentha and others), wheat and (sometimes) chickpeas.[1]
